Nurse Tech/Medication Aide – Hillcrest Health & Rehab

Location: Hillcrest Health & Rehab
Address: 1702 Hillcrest Drive, Bellevue, NE 68005
Schedule: Part-time Evenings, 2:00pm - 10:00pm and every other weekend
Starting Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post‑acute rehabilitation, and long‑term care facility in Bellevue, Nebraska.

• Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents and guests.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs.
• Support residents and guests with meals, dining, and daily routines.
• Help residents and guests feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.
• Communicate resident or guest needs and changes with nurses and care team members.
• Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Assist with documentation and resident support as directed.
• Build positive relationships with residents, guests, families, and team members.

• Completion of the 40‑hour Medication Aide class.
• Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long‑term care, post‑acute, hospital, or similar setting (preferred).
• A compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
