Job Title: Human Resources Specialist (Classification) NH-0201-03
Location: USSTRATCOM/J11, Offutt AFB, NE
Salary Range: $76,463 - $118,204 without locality
Notes: If your current basic salary is within the band but above the Value of Position, it will not be reduced if selected. Relocation incentive may be available. The position may close at any time.
ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will serve as a senior Human Resources Specialist (classification) with responsibility for planning, developing, and carrying out expert position classification and position management advisory for assigned organizations.
Qualifications/Requirements- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance. Required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations.

https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./ - Knowledge of position management principles, concepts, practices, analytical methods, and a wide range of qualitative and quantitative techniques, and relationships of various human‑resource disciplines.
- Knowledge of federal position classification and position management laws, regulations, executive orders, functions, theories, concepts, policies, precedents, practices, and techniques.
- Knowledge of the methods and techniques of fact finding, analysis, qualitative and quantitative evaluation and diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems to analyze substantive organizational and operational practices and problems and develop concrete action plans.
- Knowledge of organizational structures and functions to identify, consider, and present options for the resolution of substantive organizational and program issues involving human‑resource management and other special programs.
- Skill in written and oral communication sufficient to develop and deliver briefings, status reports, and correspondence to managers.
- Ability to use automated systems to affect personnel actions, change data fields, retrieve data, create reports and queries, utilize email, and operate basic word‑processing functions.
- Must be of legal work age.
