Payroll & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee support functions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll, maintaining employee records, administering benefit programs, and responding to employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review payroll data, timecards, pay changes, and deductions for accuracy.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Manage garnishments and other payroll-related transactions.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and applicable regulations.

• Assist with employee benefits enrollment and life event changes.
• Support open enrollment activities and employee benefit communications.
• Process benefit-related updates and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with benefit vendors and process invoices as needed.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefit programs.

• Assist employees and managers with payroll and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain employee files and HR records.
• Support audits and reporting requirements.
• Prepare reports and analyze payroll and benefits data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
