Geospatial Analyst-Mid Security Clearance

Position: GEOSPATIAL ANALYST-MID with Security Clearance
Mid-Level Geospatial Analyst (2 Openings)

Location:

Offutt AFB, NE (USSTRATCOM J2)

Clearance Required:

Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility
Travel:
Up to 4 trips/year for technical exchanges and conferences
Position Summary Support spatial analysis, GIS database management, and web GIS application development for USSTRATCOM J2. Contribute to system administration, automation, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, or 8 years' military experience in a related field.

* At least eight years' experience with installation, configuration, operation, and limitations of ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Operations Dashboard, Geo Event Server), including producing web maps/apps/dashboards and using Geo Event adapters for geospatial feeds. (At least one Mid-level Analyst must meet this requirement, shared with Senior Analyst)
* At least eight years' experience in mobility modeling (time/distance/likelihood) spatial analysis pertaining to adversary weapon systems movement and knowledge of influential factors. (At least one Mid-level Analyst must meet this requirement, shared with Senior Analyst)
* At least three years' proficiency with Environmental Systems Research Institute's ArcGIS Enterprise software, knowledge of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards, and familiarity with current USSTRATCOM GIS systems and processes to include Machine Learning and Automation concepts.

* At least three years' experience with relational database management and Python scripting, including connecting with dynamic streaming data (JSON, GeoJSON, XML, CSV, RESTEND). (At least one Mid-level Analyst must meet this requirement, shared with Senior Analyst)
* Minimum 3 years' GIS experience, with expertise in ArcGIS Pro, spatial analysis, and web GIS applications.

* At least three years' relevant experience and education in geospatial sciences performing spatial analysis.

* Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Pro, Geo Event Server, Arc Py, and Python scripting; experience with DoD IT security standards (DISA STIGs, FedRAMP) and spatial databases (Postgre

SQL/PostGIS, SQL Server).

* Demonstrated experience with dynamic data connections (REST API and others) and system integration.

* Ability to travel to technical exchanges and industry conferences.

* At least one Mid-level or Senior Analyst must possess current Security+ certification and obtain a DIA/DoD privileged user account.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform spatial analysis, data editing, and visualization using ArcGIS Pro.

* Develop and maintain GIS databases; manage geospatial data using Postgre

SQL/PostGIS, SQL Server, or Oracle with SDE.

* Automate GIS workflows using Python scripting and Arc Py.

* Support web GIS application development and system administration of ArcGIS software.

* Assist with Geo Event Server management and real-time data processing.

* Contribute to technical documentation and workflow improvements.
