All-Source Analyst (Senior)

Job Location s: US-NE-Offutt AFB

• Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making, and tactical operations.
• Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.
• Maintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting‑edge intelligence solutions.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering development of analytical tradecraft skills.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
• Travel may be required (up to 15%).

Required Qualifications:

• Experience /
  
  Education:
  
  12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 4 years with PhD.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion
  .
• Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
• Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
• Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission-driven environment.

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required with Polygraph eligibility.

• Experience supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG) or similar ISR organizations.
• Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
• Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.
• Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master's degree or equivalent with additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master's degree.
