Senior Database, Programming, and Visualization Analyst

D&G is seeking a Senior Database, Programming, and Visualization Analyst to support enterprise database architecture, application development, and advanced analytics initiatives. This role requires a highly experienced technical professional capable of designing, administering, and optimizing complex databases while leading development efforts across multiple programming languages and platforms.

• Design, develop, and manage enterprise-level databases supporting mission systems and AI/ML operations.
• Architect and maintain application frameworks across front-end, back-end, and middleware environments.
• Administer Windows Server and Internet Information Services (IIS) environments supporting web applications.
• Develop full-stack solutions using modern and legacy programming languages.
• Develop and maintain VBA-based tools within Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access).
• Support Agile development practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Design and optimize databases supporting Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning workflows.
• Lead or contribute to technical solution design discussions and system modernization efforts.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in database design and development.
• Minimum of 3 years of database administrator experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of application architecture experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Windows Server and Internet Information Services (IIS) administration experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of development experience in JavaScript, C#, Python, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and other languages as required.
• Demonstrated full-stack web development experience (front-end and back-end).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or contributing to Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Proven experience designing and managing databases supporting Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, or equivalent field.

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
