D&G is seeking a Joint Training Database Administrator to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of USSTRATCOM's Training Program databases and learning management systems. This role ensures training records, educational content, reporting, and compliance requirements are accurately maintained while providing technical and administrative support to users across the command.

The ideal candidate combines database administration, training management, reporting, and customer support experience within a mission-focused operational environment.

What You Will Do
  • Provide coordination and configuration management of training databases, including education and training products associated with mission and compliance training requirements.
  • Serve as an organizational interface for database issue resolution, troubleshooting, and system administration support.
  • Train individuals and groups on assigned training database roles, responsibilities, and system functionality.
  • Manage database fields and information, including courses, offerings, registrations, learner records, enrollments, transcripts, competencies, learning resources, development plans, certifications, catalogs, subjects, curricula, online content, and continuing education records.
  • Query and produce scheduled and ad hoc database reports.
  • Conduct database analysis to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and data validity issues and develop actionable metrics.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions that enhance database functionality and user experience.
  • Maintain, secure, archive, and reproduce historical student and instructor records and training data.
  • Provide system troubleshooting support to users and administrators.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of database content and functionality while ensuring standardization of procedures and processes.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Program Manager.
What We Are Looking For

Required:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience with program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods.
  • Experience administering databases, learning management systems, training records systems, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Experience generating reports, analyzing data, and maintaining records accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong communication and briefing skills with the ability to speak authoritatively on intelligence matters.
  • Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-tempo operational and exercise environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience administering Joint Knowledge Online (JKO), learning management systems, or military training databases.
  • Experience supporting training, education, or professional development programs within a DoD environment.
  • Familiarity with data quality management, reporting tools, and records management practices.
Clearance and Eligibility
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
