Position: Joint Training Program Manager (junior) with Security Clearance
Job Description Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (SS&T) is seeking a Joint Training Program Manager to support the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessment Directorate (J7). The Joint Training Program Manager supports USSTRATCOM/J7 joint mission and individual training requirements through program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods. This position supports the planning, development, coordination, administration, management, and evaluation of joint training products, training plans, and related mission-focused training activities for USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components.

Security Clearance Requirements This position supports classified programs and requires access to classified systems and material. All contractor personnel must be United States citizens and possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information, Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information, and Special Access Program access prior to commencing work. Key Responsibilities
• Support individual training through administration of the USSTRATCOM Training Program in accordance with SI 235-02.
• Provide support with maintenance of a standardized training plan and training program format.
• Support identification of individual and collective task crosswalks and development of executable training plans and programs within Directorates and Components, and administer those items in JKO LMS.
• Review Directorate and Component training plans, programs, and records.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Senior Leader Training within USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Military Aide and Presidential Emergency Operations Center watch stander training.
• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Foreign Liaison Officer training assigned to USSTRATCOM Headquarters.
• Assist with validation and tracking of the Commander's Battle Staff Training program, including verification of assigned members and their currency.
• Use Instructional System Design methodology to analyze, design, develop, coordinate, administer, manage, teach, and evaluate mission-related joint training products and courses using JKO LMS, as appropriate.
• Support the Government with organizational interface functions for JKO LMS problem resolution and management.
• Facilitate mission area training and education courses for USSTRATCOM Headquarters and support training-related reports, briefings, and command business processes.

Required Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience with program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods.
• Demonstrated relevant experience in accomplishing: ? Maintain a standardized training plan and training program format. ? Identify individual and collective task crosswalks, develop executable training plans and programs within Directorates and Components, and administer those items in JKO LMS. ? Review Directorate and Component training plans, programs, and records. ? Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Senior Leader Training within USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components.

? Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Military Aide and PEOC watch stander training. ? Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Foreign Liaison Officer training assigned to USSTRATCOM Headquarters. ?
