, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The Property Manager will serve as the supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor business operations of the property.

• Leadership and team development
• Solid judgement and problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and organisational skills
• Budget and financial reporting knowledge
• Two years of management experience
• Three to four years of property management experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field or industry certifications will be considered
