Shift Type: Weekdays, four 10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, plus one weekday call and a weekend call every 4–5 weeks (day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities Circulate and provide teching support during advanced endoscopic procedures such as EUS and ERCP
Prepare the procedure room, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth, efficient cases
Document patient care accurately in EPIC and maintain thorough procedural records
Monitor patient status in the acute care setting, responding promptly to changes and escalations
Collaborate with physicians, techs, and the care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care
Participate in orientation activities and demonstrate competency on the orientation exam
Adhere to infection control and unit policies, including fingernail/artificial nail standards
Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Nebraska
ACLS and BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience (endoscopy/GI or acute care preferred)
Strong circulating and teching experience for advanced endoscopic procedures (EUS, ERCP)
Familiarity with EPIC charting; recent EPIC experience within 6 months preferred
Experience with CHI or Dignity Health systems is a plus
Ability to complete orientation requirements and pass the open-book competency exam (90% pass threshold)
Willingness to comply with unit policies (for example, no artificial nails) and required onboarding timelines (RTO within 7 days for this 13-week assignment)
Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma; BSN not required
Knowledge & Skills Proven circulating and teching skills in Endoscopy/GI
Hands-on experience with advanced endoscopic procedures including EUS and ERCP
Proficient EPIC documentation and electronic charting skills
Strong acute care assessment and patient monitoring abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced procedural suite
Understanding of infection control practices and peri-procedural safety
