Admission Nurse Liaison

At Brookestone Meadows, our Admissions Nurse Liaison plays a critical role in shaping each resident's first experience. This position is for LPNs or RNs who want to use their clinical judgment in a fast-paced, decision‑making role--while stepping away from direct patient care.

• Use your clinical knowledge to evaluate admission appropriateness
• Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and care teams
• Influence safe, timely, and compliant admissions decisions
• Work in a dynamic environment that values organization and communication

• Manage a high-volume admissions process from inquiry to arrival
• Review clinical and financial eligibility for prospective residents
• Coordinate with families, hospitals, and interdisciplinary teams
• Verify insurance, benefits, and required documentation
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless admissions experience

• LPN or RN license

• Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or hospital settings is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
