Qualifications & Details:

• Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Caring and compassionate personality

• Ability to work scheduled shifts
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care following our policies. You will receive comprehensive training, support, and necessary tools. Our team, including Charge Nurses, RNs, and Directors, will support you daily.

Your responsibilities include:

• Enhancing residents' clinical care and quality of life while protecting their rights
• Preparing and administering medications as prescribed
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional status daily
• Reporting to RN Supervisors and implementing recommended changes
• Performing professional services such as catheterization, dressings, specimen collection, etc., per policies
• Completing required documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Providing shift reports and investigating complaints/grievances
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
