Starting Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Nurse Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.
Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short‑term rehab, long‑term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high‑quality care and helping residents and guests regain independence, comfort, and quality of life.
What You’ll Get to Do- Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents and guests
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs
- Support residents and guests with meals, dining, and daily routines
- Help residents and guests feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for
- Communicate resident or guest needs and changes with nurses and care team members
- Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures
- Assist with documentation and resident support as directed
- Build positive relationships with residents, guests, families, and team members
- An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska
- Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long‑term care, post‑acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred
- A compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
