Valley County Health System Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team. This day position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working in patients' homes across Valley and Garfield counties.
The RN will perform skilled nursing visits, provide patient and family education, and travel to surrounding counties as needed. Nebraska RN license and valid driver's license required; prior home health experience preferred but not required.
