Valley County Health System Home Health & Hospice has a full-time position available for a Registered Nurse. This is a day position and is also a great opportunity to be a part of a fantastic care team!
$5,000 Hire-On Bonus Available!
This position will work primarily in the Valley and Garfield counties, but may have some travel to surrounding counties too.
JOB SUMMARY:The Home Health & Hospice RN provides care to patients in their home setting. The RN completes skilled nursing visits and provides education to patients and their family.
A current Nebraska Registered Nurse license and valid driver's license are required. Previous Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:- Demonstrated safe and appropriate care within the standards of practice
- Experience with computers
- Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
