Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our clinical team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.

Hillcrest Health & Rehab provides short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care in a supportive, resident-centered environment. Our interdisciplinary team works together to promote strong clinical outcomes, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and exceptional care for the residents and guests we serve.

As the MDS Coordinator (RN), you’ll lead and coordinate the MDS assessment process while partnering closely with nursing, therapy, social services, dietary, activities, and leadership.

This role is a great fit for an experienced MDS nurse who enjoys connecting the details of clinical documentation, resident care, compliance, and reimbursement.
