As a Home Health RN
, you’ll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while partnering with patients, families, providers, therapists, CNAs, and other members of the care team.

• Current RN license in Nebraska or a compact state

• Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience

• OASIS experience preferred

• Experience with
  wound care, catheter management, and IV therapy preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
