Position Overview

Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor  role is part of the store leadership team, working with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources. A stepping‑stone to a future management role. The supervisor will manage all store functions, supervise associates, train and coach staff, promote safety, build teams, and ensure exceptional customer service.

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues, make informed decisions, supervise front‑end operations, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Implement company Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive Community Relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to move, handle, or lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand or walk for extended periods.
