About Us:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Auto World in Bellevue. If you have a passion for cars and a drive for exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide information on the features, specifications, and pricing of our used car inventory.
• Conduct test drives and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements.
• Participate in the financing process and sell backend products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and market trends.
• Manage customer leads and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the service department to discuss vehicle condition and any required repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in automotive sales.
• Experience in vehicle financing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mentality.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and used car values.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
