Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and verify that only authorized individuals enter restricted or controlled areas in accordance with site protocols;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership;
Communicate findings through required reports and chain-of-command notifications
