Job Description

Position Overview Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (SS&T) is seeking a Cyber Exercise Intelligence SME to support the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessment Directorate (J7). The Cyber Exercise Intelligence SME provides exercise intelligence support for the planning, development, and execution of joint exercises by replicating the operational and intelligence environment in support of USSTRATCOM mission requirements.

The selected candidate will apply cyber-focused intelligence expertise to develop relevant scenarios, products, responses, and adversary representations that support training objectives and realistic exercise conditions. Security Clearance Requirements This position supports classified programs and requires access to classified systems and material. All contractor personnel must be United States citizens and possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information, Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information, and Special Access Program access prior to commencing work.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Apply experience and knowledge of intelligence procedures, consistent with USSTRATCOM Unified Command Plan mission areas, to replicate the operational and intelligence environment for joint exercises.
• Develop and inject timely, relevant, accurate, replicated intelligence products, themes, timelines, road-to-crisis materials, scenarios, event flow, story boards, control documents, and opposing forces or situational forces campaign plans.
• Liaise with USSTRATCOM/J2 and other organizations across the Intelligence Community to identify and assess exercise objectives and coordinate use of replicated intelligence products, briefings, and reports.
• Develop appropriate responses to requests for information from training and exercise participants and follow through to completion.
• Replicate the decisions and insights of non-participating intelligence entities and national or senior-level leadership during exercise event execution.
• Compile requirements for, and provide input to, the Consolidated Exercise Support message.
• Complete required certification training to support cross-domain file transfer package preparation between classified and unclassified systems, including DIA Reliable Human Reviewer, ISSE Guard, and CLEAR training, as applicable to the role.
• Maintain professional currency in the intelligence career field by reviewing daily intelligence reporting, collaborating with Intelligence Community subject matter experts, and participating in relevant conferences focused on adversary capabilities and tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Required Qualifications
• At least 7 years of experience in gathering and analyzing all-source intelligence community products, open-source reports, and diplomatic reports.
• Expertise in adversary capabilities, strategy, policy, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Intelligence experience and training in one or more of USSTRATCOM's assigned Unified Command Plan mission areas.
• Prior experience at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, Service, and/or Major Command level.
• Additional knowledge of U.S. cyber capabilities is required.
• Demonstrated relevant experience supporting: o Intelligence procedures consistent with USSTRATCOM UCP mission areas to replicate the operational and intelligence environment. o Replicated intelligence products, themes, timelines, road to crisis, scenarios, event flow, story boards, control documents, and opposing forces or situational forces campaign plans. o Liaising with USSTRATCOM/J2 and other Intelligence Community organizations to identify and assess exercise objectives and coordinate appropriate replicated intelligence products, briefings, and reports.
