Position: Full-Time Community Housekeeper | Weekday 7am–4pm

HOUSEKEEPER Rising View, a Bellevue/Offutt Community

Burlington Capital Properties has a great full-time opportunity available to help protect and improve the overall appearance of the homes in Rising View, a Bellevue/Offutt community. We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented Housekeeper to help protect and improve the overall appearance of our community and care for our valued residents’ homes.

This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and a working personal vehicle to travel to the various homes in our community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Clean and prepare all vacant homes and common areas to company standards
  • Maintain positive resident relations by providing excellent customer service
  • Participate in resident events and community functions as requested by the Property Manager
  • Follow all company safety and liability guidelines
  • Assist in ensuring items identified during safety inspections are corrected and maintained to standard
  • Support overall property operations by helping control expenses and maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Participate in preventative maintenance schedules as needed
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Minimum two years of experience in a housekeeping or related experience required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required
  • Personal working motor vehicle to move about the community to various assignments
  • Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision
  • Must have basic understanding of English language and be able to communicate with coworkers
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in order to communicate issues, problems, ideas, concerns and information on work progress
  • Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and the general public
  • Ability to exercise schedule flexibility to accomplish set goals
