Family Advocacy Nurse

Choctaw Global seeks a Family Advocacy Nurse to provide compassionate, community-focused support to families connected with our government and commercial projects. In this role, you will assess family health and safety needs, coordinate referrals, provide education on wellness resources, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, culturally sensitive support. You'll maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and advocate for services that strengthen family stability, well-being, and resilience in alignment with Choctaw values and mission-driven operations.
