Company Driver – Dry Van, Lincoln, NE.

Start date:

ASAP. Pay: $1,430 to $1,860 per week.

2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Features include 68‑cruise control, 70 L/96 W sleeper compartments, built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios.

All drivers adhere to company safety protocols. Dispatchers are experienced and ensure legal, safe scheduling. Trucks receive regular maintenance. 24/7 shop support.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. Dispatchers and drivers know each other by name. Operations department available 24/7.

Pay based on work record and experience. Loaded and empty per practical miles. 5%–7% more miles a year than short‑mile companies. Annual raises, merit raises, safety, performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.

Drivers can maintain home balance. Families secure knowing income. Operations team works to get drivers home on time.

Dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). 1 pick/1 drop or drop‑and‑hook. 100% no‑touch freight.
