Overview

The Delivery Driver provides safe, prompt, and professional transportation of merchandise and supplies to customers, stores, and facilities. The role requires strong customer service, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to safety and route‑planning standards.

Full‑time (some positions may also offer part‑time shifts).

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily delivery routes efficiently.
• Load and unload packages, merchandise, and equipment while ensuring proper handling and securement.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and collecting cash or COD payments.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift to maintain cleanliness inside and out.
• Follow all traffic, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Report incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit required documentation in a timely manner.

• Valid driver’s license; must possess a valid truck or commercial driver’s license (CDL) for certain routes (non‑CDL acceptable for smaller vehicles).
• Clean driving record with no more than two minor accidents or moving violations in the past three years.
• Prior experience delivering merchandise using a box truck or similar vehicle.
• Basic mechanical skills for routine vehicle inspections and minor repairs.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule, including early morning, night, or weekends as required.
