Tax Preparer What You'll Do

As an integral member of our team, you'll prepare business, individual, and estate tax returns, encompassing forms such as 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120S, and 1120. Beyond this, you'll collaborate with and offer support to fellow tax professionals, taking on roles that include in-depth tax research and precise reporting functions. Your expertise and contributions will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive exceptional tax services and in fostering growth within our team.

• Preparation business, and estate tax returns (1065, 1120S and 1120)
• Preparation Individual returns
• Provide accounting assistance with client Quick Books
• Limited preparation of quarterly and annual payroll filings
• Client communication

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preparing tax returns
• Experience with Ultra Tax a plus
• Accounting degree preferred but not required
• CPA candidate, CPA or EA a plus
• Experience with Quick Books
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including:
  Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-starter and proactive approach to work
• Ability to receive constructive criticism and feedback to improve processes
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Maintains high level of professionalism at all times
• IT savvy and comfortable working with technology

Full-time

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
