LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a commercial real estate company to hire a Property Accountant.
First round interviews are being scheduled now.
Title: Property Accountant
Location: Bellevue, WA
Worksite Type: 5 days in office
Reason for Opening: Internal Promotion
Compensation: $90k to $100k
- PTO is two weeks to start
- Medical/Dental/Vision is fully paid for employees and subsidized for dependents
- 4% match on 401k
- PPO & HSA through Kaiser Permanente
- Free parking
Qualifications:
- 2+ years commercial property accounting
- CAM Reconciliations
- YARDI
- Bachelors in Accounting
