Bookkeeper

Stack Resources is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team. The primary duty of the Accounting Coordinator is to manage Stack’s financial activities, minimal administrative tasks, payroll and light HR functions.

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Billing
• Payroll and monthly reconciliation and payment of sales commission
• Prepare financial reports for the company
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Collect and organize financial information required for taxes
• Maintain / renew business licenses & insurance
• Assist with HR & onboarding process, as needed
• Special projects as assigned

Precise, high quality, accurate and consistent work output is essential

• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting
• Experience with Quick Books required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with payroll procedures and sales commissions
• Experience with international wires helpful
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality
• Highly organized and able to maintain clear, auditable records
• Problem solver with a great attitude
