Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

Contract - $25-31/hr

In Office - st Ave SE Bellevue, WA

• This role is responsible for reviewing, auditing, researching, and coding legal invoices to ensure compliance with outside counsel billing guidelines and internal invoicing requirements.
• The contractor will analyze law firm invoices, identify billing discrepancies, and document findings for resolution.
• The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal business partners and law firm billing contacts to resolve invoice-related issues in a timely manner.
• Qualifications include experience working with accounts payable or invoice management systems, as well as intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to support invoice review and audit processes is preferred.
• Audit and review legal invoices to ensure compliance with billing guidelines.
• Documentation, communication, and resolving invoice issues.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Technology Requirements (Excel preferred, GEN AI preferred, accounts payable or invoice management systems).
