Senior Tax Accountant

Full-service local CPA firm located in the greater Seattle area in Bellevue, WA. For over 20 years, we have built lasting relationships with privately held mid-market businesses and their owners across the Western United States, delivering expert tax services, business assurance, and financial consulting across industries including retail dealerships, professional services, real estate, and high net worth individuals.

We’re looking for a Tax Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead staff on client engagements, develop client relationships, and play a key part in our continued growth. • Lead staff on tax preparation, planning, and research engagements
• Support tax audits from initiation through resolution
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, and taxing agencies
• Interact with client personnel and develop ongoing client relationships
• Advise clients on business matters and financial decisions

• 3–5 years of current public accounting experience with an emphasis on tax work; assurance experience a plus
• Bachelor of Science or Arts in Accounting required;
  Master of Taxation a plus
• Licensed Washington CPA, or able to obtain licensure within six months of hire
• Advanced computer skills within an accounting firm environment; ability to learn new tools quickly in a fast‑paced setting
