Accountant Assistant

Our client is seeking an Accountant Assistant to join their team. As an Accountant Assistant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting invoice review and audit processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Duration: 6+ months with highly possible extension
Pay range: $31 - $34 / hr. on W2

What's the Job?

• Review and audit legal invoices to ensure compliance with billing guidelines
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently
• Document findings and communicate with internal teams and external law firms
• Utilize accounts payable and invoice management systems to support the review process
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance invoice auditing accuracy and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with Excel and accounts payment or invoice management systems
• Experience working with AI-enabled tools for invoice review is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
