ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Staff Accountant for our client in innovative nuclear technology. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices, expense reimbursements, and other items.
- Own full-cycle AP.
- Review invoices against PO/PR.
- Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Record invoices in Oracle Accounts Payable.
- Monitoring AP aging.
- Manage vendor relations, resolve variances and discrepancies, and set up new vendors.
- Support general ledger accounting.
- Bachelor's in accounting or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume AP environment.
- MS Suite proficiency.
- Highly organized.
- GAAP and FAR knowledge.
Oracle Cloud AP Knowledge.
Nuclear industry experience.
Working knowledge of government grant or government contracts.
