Accounting Analyst

LHH is working with a large company in the Bellevue, WA area to search for a temporary to hire Accounting Analyst. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of accounting or data management experience and be comfortable working through a variety of software systems. You will be coordinating with external business partners and internal team members to audit and ensure correct supplier data so professional communication skills are crucial.

Also, the team is looking for someone with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. This position is fully in office with early morning working hours and free parking.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding of new trading partners by collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and external providers
• Configure and maintain partner profiles, data mappings, and communication connections
• Monitor transactions and system performance to ensure accurate data exchange and successful processing
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors related to transmissions, data discrepancies, and failed documents
• Maintain vendor records, UPC data, and documentation while providing updates on task progress and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in economics, accounting, information technology or related field
• At least a year of professional work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all teams and with external business partners
• High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills

Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
