Property Accountant

What you'll do

• Review, track, and enter lease-related updates into financial and operational systems
• Manage revenue and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate tenant billing and collections
• Lead CAM (Common Area Maintenance) budgeting and reconciliation in partnership with property management
• Reconcile property-level general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and analysis
• Support ongoing property accounting projects and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in property accounting or real estate accounting preferred
• Experience with Yardi
