LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to assist with month-end close procedures, reconciling GL accounts, preparing financial reports, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of accounting experience and excellent organizational skills. This temporary opportunity is fully onsite in Bellevue, WA.
Responsibilities- Perform month-end close procedures
- Assist with Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
- Reconcile GL and bank accounts
- Post journal entries and ensure accurate account coding
- Maintain general ledger
- Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and forecasting
- Compile audit and tax related documents as needed
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant experience required
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
