Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to assist with month-end close procedures, reconciling GL accounts, preparing financial reports, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of accounting experience and excellent organizational skills. This temporary opportunity is fully onsite in Bellevue, WA.

• Perform month-end close procedures
• Assist with Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
• Reconcile GL and bank accounts
• Post journal entries and ensure accurate account coding
• Maintain general ledger
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and forecasting
• Compile audit and tax related documents as needed
• Research and resolve discrepancies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant experience required
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $34/hour to $36/hour and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
