Payroll Specialist
Process weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, or monthly payrolls
Review and audit timesheets, attendance, and pay adjustments
Maintain employee payroll records and update pay-related changes
Calculate overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
Administer payroll taxes, wage garnishments, and benefit with holdings
Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end or year-end reporting
Respond to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, and tax forms
Support compliance with labor laws and internal controls
Partner with HR and accounting teams on employee data and payroll reporting
