Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger across departments, projects, and cost centers.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, reconciliations, and requested schedules.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and special projects that drive business performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems;
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
