Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate payment discrepancies
• Handle credit memos, debit memos, and inventory cost adjustments
• Support weekly check runs and payment processing
• Maintain vendor records and track outstanding credits
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and answer questions
• Assist with freight costing and sales order support
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
