This office-based position is located at our Bellevue office at 10900 NE 8th St, Suites 1100, Bellevue, Washington (WA).

Responsibilities
  • Managing full project cycle for national clients
  • Interfacing with clients regarding project expectations, schedule, permitting process, etc.
  • Coordinating staff and contractors locally and nationally
  • Coordinating project submittals to various jurisdictional agencies, Cities, utilities, etc.
  • Researching agency requirements
  • Tracking of all tasks and client deliverable documents
  • Facilitating client communications (proposals, letters, contracts, transmittals, etc.).
  • Compiling and assembling reports; coordinating large production jobs, printing, and binding
  • Assisting engineering staff with contract processes and requesting insurance certificates
  • Preparing weekly trackers or job status communications for clients
  • Assisting internal clients with billing and performing invoice reviews
  • Creating, proofreading, editing, formatting, and finalizing project-related documents and reports
  • Support of Real Estate practice team, requiring drafting, editing and finalizing real estate and legal documents.
  • Property record searches
  • Electronic and paper file management
  • Creating cost summaries and market studies utilizing excel.
  • Provide administrative support as needed (this will not be a primary function) with tasks such as:
    • Ordering Supplies
    • General Facilities Coordination
    • Scheduling office equipment maintenance
    • Coordinationg shipping/courier services
    • Miscellaneous office tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Adobe Professional
  • Strong proofing, formatting and editing skills
  • Positive, client-oriented, take-charge attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities and performing well under deadline pressure
  • Ability to work well with various types of people and in a team environment
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis

Salary Range: $73,000-$83,000

Depending on applicable experience
