What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage external contacts for the CEO, CFO, and VP of Investor Relations & Treasury, ensuring effective communication and prioritization
  • Anticipate executives' needs by coordinating resources and addressing issues proactively
  • Oversee the daily schedule of executives, managing appointments and meetings efficiently
  • Prepare materials for quarterly Board Meetings, including drafting agendas and producing accurate minutes
  • Serve as the primary contact for the investment community, addressing information requests and ensuring follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting CEO and CFO level executives
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Experience in administrative preparation of board presentations
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
