Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $23.50

• Research jurisdiction requirements on city, county, and state websites to gather relevant licensing information.
• Enter collected data accurately into the company database to support licensing activities.
• Assist in submitting license applications and responding to requests for additional information from jurisdictions.
• Support in managing incoming and outgoing mail related to licensing processes.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in business licensing or regulatory environments.
• Ability to use a laptop and enter data into various systems with basic Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing mail and maintaining organized records.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
