Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a 100% onsite work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
Handle high-volume phone and email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and
communication.
Support executives with various administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
Must be local to Seattle and able to work onsite Monday through Friday.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high-volume correspondence and multitask effectively.
Experience in supporting executives and managing calendars.
