Join a busy, fast‑paced office with a collaborative team environment. We are seeking a professional and organized Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting daily office operations.

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Operate a multi‑line phone system, answer incoming calls, and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
• Support general office coordination and administrative tasks.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front‑office environment.
• Assist team members with day‑to‑day operational needs.

Pay Range: $19.28 – $25.70 per hour.
