Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys supporting daily office operations, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and helping leadership stay organized and productive.

The Administrative Assistant will work in a professional manufacturing environment where strong communication, teamwork, and reliability are valued. Key Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and support leadership with daily administrative needs.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records, files, documents, and office information systems.
- Assist with reports, data entry, correspondence, and general office communication.
- Coordinate office activities, supplies, meeting logistics, and administrative workflows.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, visitors, vendors, and business partners.
- Support ongoing office efficiency by helping improve organization, accuracy, and follow-through on administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
