Northwest Center is hiring Corporate Receptionists to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees across Amazon campuses in Seattle and Eastside regions. You will create a welcoming environment, manage front desk operations, and support internal projects.
LocationBellevue, Redmond & Kirkland (must be able to work in all 3 locations)
ScheduleMonday through Friday, 7:20 AM – 3:50 PM and 9:35 AM – 6:05 PM; must have open availability to work both shifts as scheduled.
WageStarting wage: $22.45 per hour – Full wage range: $22.45 - $27.20 per hour
Responsibilities- Serve as the front desk receptionist across Amazon buildings in the Seattle and Eastside regions.
- Greet and check in employees, guests, clients, and contractors.
- Act as primary point of contact for inquiries, providing proactive problem‑solving.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings, adapting to fast‑paced and quieter environments.
- Stay informed about building activities including events and maintenance to anticipate guest flow.
- Navigate evolving organizational policies and procedures, adjusting workflows and priorities.
- Great with people, polite, professional, and easy to work with.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to learning, adaptable, and productive through transitions.
- Committed to a positive attitude and treating everyone with respect.
- Dependable, punctual, with solid organizational skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Trusted to keep confidential information.
- Calm and able to make good decisions when hectic.
- Able to move supplies up to 50 pounds between buildings.
- Able to sit at a desk for long stretches up to 8 hours and move between buildings within a 1.5‑mile radius.
