Working as Group Learning & Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to enhance our learning experiences and create a better work environment, supported by a meaningful and mature learning culture. Responsibilities
  • Administrative support on digital platforms (LMS, LXP): extracting and analysing learner activity, producing analysis reports on ongoing learning initiatives, and coordinating with HRIS teams.
  • Digital content curation: selecting relevant content on different topics to support different learning initiatives in collaboration with SMEs from different Functions, Maisons and Regions.
  • Review and update vendor processes and administrative access to obtain all learner reports for all Maisons and Regions L&D contacts, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders when needed.
  • Manage bi‑annual information sessions for contracted vendors.
  • Provide administrative support to various L&D projects run by Group L&D with Central Functions.
  • Lead community engagements on topics of digital platform and learning consumption, preparing high‑quality slides for such presentations.
  • Support the team on global event organization and community engagements.
Qualifications
  • Curious and creative thinker, preferably with an academic qualification.
  • Data‑driven person with an analytical mindset.
  • Understanding or practice of Instructional Design and Adult Learning pedagogy is a great asset.
  • Previous experience with a Learning Management System or a digital learning tool.
  • Basic planning, project management and communication skills.
  • Organised and proactive.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
    French is an asset.
  • Comfortable with MS Office.
  • Ability to work as part of cross‑functional teams.
  • Must be a serial learner.
  • Available for a 6‑month internship with a starting date of 15.06.2026.
  • Internship agreement with your school/university is mandatory.
