Job Description
Provides administrative and analytical support for department. Performs basic data gathering or research in support of management. Organizes and coordinates meetings for department personnel. Handles sensitive and confidential information, uses independent and discretionary judgment, and coordinates tasks and assignments simultaneously, as well as interacts at the Officer level with professionalism. Uses various computer applications to create charts, correspondence, reports and other work as needed.
Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.
Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
Job Responsibilities- Enters time for department personnel.
- Inputs and retrieves data from various computer applications.
- Gathers and organizes paperwork and data for department.
- Handles travel arrangements for department personnel.
- Maintains office supply inventory.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Extensive experience using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
- Previous administrative support experience.
- Experience working in a utility.
- Experience working in SAP and/or CLX.
