We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with strong storytelling abilities, excellent PowerPoint skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. This role is central to keeping our strategic governance processes running smoothly and efficiently. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure key meetings are productive and well-orchestrated, and bring clarity and narrative to complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain the schedule for Review Boards, Governance, and Steering Committees
  • Proactively reach out to stakeholders to confirm availability, gather inputs, and ensure alignment on meeting logistics
  • Own and manage agendas, ensuring each session is purposeful and backed by a backlog of relevant topics
  • Build visually engaging and compelling PowerPoint presentations that convey progress, priorities, and strategic narratives
  • Develop concise, engaging summaries or talking points from complex inputs storytelling and context-setting are key
  • Facilitate meetings with a friendly and attentive presence, ensuring all voices are heard and follow-ups are captured
  • Demonstrate strong listening skills to distill key insights and anticipate needs across teams
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in coordination, or project management
  • Proven ability to create clear, high-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving blockers
  • A natural collaborator with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Experience with calendar management and meeting planning tools (e.g.
