Were seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator with 13 years of experience to support inventory management and project coordination for test samples, including phones and tablets. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working onsite, and able to manage priorities within tight timelines.

• Support inventory management for test samples, including phones, tablets, and related materials.
• Coordinate project tasks and timelines to help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain organized records, updates, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Communicate with internal teams to track priorities, address needs, and support daily logistics activities.
• Assist with time-sensitive requests while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

• Entry-level candidates with 13 years of project coordination experience or background are encouraged to apply.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
